“I’d recommend the Summit morning fitness program to anyone trying to get into shape or stay that way. A key component is the motivational skill of the trainers. They’re personable and create individualized workouts that strike a good balance between challenge and do-ability. My progress is monitored well, but it doesn’t feel micromanaged, as it can be with a one-on-one personal trainer staring at every rep of every set.
It’s often said that the best program is the one that you’ll actually stick to. For me a real draw is that it varies tremendously from day to day and week to week. This keeps it fresh, interesting, and fun, even coming to the gym five or six days a week.
In short, it’s a great way to help lose weight, build strength, and improve cardiovascular fitness.”
