The Elite Summer Strength and Conditioning Program is a scientifically based 4 day program (5th day optional) using the following systems to guarantee results.

Training Sessions Include:

 Speed Training on our state of the art Super Treadmills

Sport-Specific Strength Training Progressions

Plyometric and Agility Training using Athletic Republic Protocols and Vertimax Technology

Sport-Specific Anaerobic Conditioning

Functional Core Strength & Stability Exercises

Balance and Coordination Development

Professional training for only $18 per hour

All participants will receive:

Pre and Post performance evaluation

T-shirt and Shorts

Nutritional Counseling

Program Information:

6 week programs

4 – 135 minute training sessions per week

SESSION DATES:

Session 1 – 5/17 through 6/25 (M, Tu, Th, F)

Session 2- 5/31 through 7/9 (M, Tu, Th, F)

Session 3 – 6/28 through 8/6 (M, Tu, Th, F)

Session 4 – 7/12 through 8/20 (M, Tu, Th, F)

SESSION TIMES:

Sessions 1&3 morning – 8am to 10:15am

Sessions 1&3 evening – 5pm to 7:15pm

Sessions 2&4 morning – 9am to 11:15am

Sessions 2&4 evening – 5:30pm to 7:45pm

COST:

$995 per session (if registered by April 1st)

$1100 per session (registered after April 1st)
