The Elite Summer Strength and Conditioning Program is a scientifically based 4 day program (5th day optional) using the following systems to guarantee results.

SESSION TIMES:
Sessions 1&3 morning – 8am to 10:15am
Sessions 1&3 evening – 5pm to 7:15pm
Sessions 2&4 morning – 9am to 11:15am
Sessions 2&4 evening – 5:30pm to 7:45pm
