At Summit our mission is to make every sports-playing client, first and foremost, a better athlete - faster...quicker...more explosive.  With that basic premise in mind, most of our athletes will follow a similar approach when it comes to scheduling their acceleration sessions.  However, we fully understand that different sports require different skill sets, and that there is a need to tailor an athlete's strength program toward his/her primary sport's unique kinesiological demands.
 
Each athlete's main performance coach will design a strength and power regimen based on that individual's age, experience, maturity level and primary sport(s).  That program will be updated regularly to reflect the client's rate of progress and to keep pace with the built-in progression of the acceleration session protocols.  An athlete cannot get faster or jump higher without a good foundation of strength!
