FUNDAMENTALS

AN ELITE TRAINING PROGRAM DESIGNED FOR THE YOUNG ATHLETE

 

  • Fundamental workouts address coordination, agility, balance, core strengthening and conditioning all while having fun
  • Sessions are one hour in length and meet Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4pm and Saturdays at 10am
  • For athletes ages 8-12 years old

  • Activities include: Ladder Drills, Balance Discs, Plyometrics, Dynavision, Obstacle Courses, Agility Drills, Cardiovascular Training, and much more.
