FUNDAMENTALS

AN ELITE TRAINING PROGRAM DESIGNED FOR THE YOUNG ATHLETE

 

  • Fundamental work outs address coordination, agility, balance, core strengthening and conditioning all while having fun
  • Sessions are one hour in length and meet Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4pm and Saturdays at 10am
  • For athletes ages 8-12 years old
  • Cost: $240 for 8 sessions
  • Activities include: Ladder drills, Balance Discs,Plyometrics, Dynavision,Obstacle Courses,  Agility Drills, Cardiovascular training,  And much more
