Three Summit Athletes Ready for NFL Regional Combine

  
  
  

On February 23, 2012, Mainline Media News published an article written by Jeff Morgan, Director of Sports Performance, at Summit Sports Training Center in Villanova, PA.  

The article discusses athletes from the University of Delaware, Kutztown University and Sacred Heart University who trained at Summit and will compete at the Combine to be held at Jets Stadium on February 25th.

INTENSITY SUMMIT BOOT CAMP
Monday – Friday 6 p.m. (Rotating Schedule)

Boots to Bootie
Focus: Since it’s your biggest muscle in your body we must train it the
hardest. All power and explosiveness is creased from the lower body.
From the glutes to the ham to the calves, this program gets the lower body
sculpted and toned.

Athlete Intensity
Focus: Bring out your inner athlete with this dynamic class. This full
body class will work your entire body to the max. Work on speed, power,
agility, reaction and quickness, all in a safe and precise environment.

AB-Sential /Core and Control
Focus: The core is the power center of your body, so we must not forget
about it. This class combines core with balance/stabilization exercises
to leave you feeling strong and confident all week long. GO GET THEM!!!

Body Impact
Focus: This program focuses on intra- and inter- muscular coordination.
Let’s let those upper and lower body muscles work together to create the
ultimate full body workout. Not for the timid. This workout will leave
the entire body sculpted bringing you closer to the lean mean body you
always wanted.

Upper body Burner
Focus: When we say upper body, we mean it. From weighted exercises to
cardio, your upper body is worked the max. Pecks, tri’s, bi’s,
traps – we’ve got them all covered.

Marathoner
Focus: This heart pumping, sweat dripping, aerobic endurance program will
not only leave you gasping for air but will get you through the finish
line in record time.

2 or 3 day per week options. You can pick any day between Monday and Friday, either at 5:30 pm or 6:30 pm.

Summit Sports Training Center is proud to announce the Lightning Basketball Academy Jr! Starting Monday March 7th and running through Thursday April 14th. This academy will be specifically for athletes grades 6 to 8.

Schedule

Mondays & Tuesdays – Appointments at Summit

Wednesdays – On Court Drills & Conditioning at the Shipley School from 6 pm to 8 pm

Thursdays – Group Session at Summit from 6 pm to 8 pm
