Unlike other gyms where you are given a membership and then sent on your way, Summit takes pride in their clients and wants to see them succeed. Summit Fitness is personalized for you and monitored by your trainer. Every new member is evaluated and given a fitness routine that fits their individual needs, goals, and fitness levels. Come in the morning, afternoon or evening! There is something for you! The group setting provides motivation, encouragement, and dynamic energy.
Monday – Friday 7am-9:30pm, Saturday 9am-4pm
From 7am-11am a consistent trainer is there to monitor your workouts pushing you to get better and who knows your program inside and out. There is always on floor supervision to help you master even the toughest of exercises. Trainer led classes are available to supplement your daily workouts.
From 11am-3pm, take your lunch time with us. This time is for the fitness member who is no nonsense, quick in, quick out and stays focused. Lose your thoughts in your workouts. Lunch Time Burn class is also available and trainers are always staffed to answer your questions.
From 3pm-9:30pm a whole new energy enters the gym. Here, the excitement of multiple trainers keep you on your toes. Let your inner “child” come out as you feed off the competitive youth athletes in the room preparing for their sport.
