The College Elite coaches utilize their experience as athletes and education as coaches to enhance the performance of each client, creating the optimal environment for success. Through education, commitment, and discipline the Summit college Elite Program provides the environment for athletes to achieve their goals and reach full potential.

Dates: May 23rd to September 2nd, 5 times per week

The Chester High Clippers for winning the PIAA Class AAAA State Championships!

And the Archbishop John Carroll Lady Patriots for getting runner up in the PIAA Class AAAA State Championships!

You're unwilling to keep paying those outrageous personal training prices! So what is EXECUTIVE FITNESS? Executive fitness is a small group personal training service for adults. After signing up, based on your evaluation and a other personal factors, you will receive a personalized program that is consistent with your goals. You then schedule appointments to begin your small group personal training regime. Whether you are looking to drop a few pounds, get ready for a marathon, or just want to stay active, the EXECUTIVE FITNESS program is for you. There will never be more than a 5-1 client-trainer ratio to ensure your success. See how quickly our trainers will help you accomplish your fitness goals!

2 or 3 day per week options. You can pick any day between Monday and Friday, either at 5:30 pm or 6:30 pm.

Summit Sports Training Center is proud to announce the Lightning Basketball Academy Jr! Starting Monday March 7th and running through Thursday April 14th. This academy will be specifically for athletes grades 6 to 8.

Schedule

Mondays & Tuesdays – Appointments at Summit

Wednesdays – On Court Drills & Conditioning at the Shipley School from 6 pm to 8 pm

Thursdays – Group Session at Summit from 6 pm to 8 pm

LIGHTNING BASKETBALL ACADEMY at SUMMIT SPORTS TRAINING CENTER

THE MISSION
Our mission is to provide an innovative and high-level developmental program for today’s basketball athlete. We believe that success on the court doesn’t just come from practicing and playing the game, but in embracing a diverse approach to enhancing overall athleticism, knowledge, and ability. Our program combines elite-level strength and conditioning, on-court basketball speed, quickness & conditioning, and classroom forums, to fully educate our students in all facets of athletic success.
