Summit Sports Training Center Morning Fitness Program
Individualized fitness programs prescribed and monitored by a trainer. The program is for all adults and fitness levels, and the group setting provides motivation and encouragement. Effective workouts including cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, flexibility, and core training are all tailored to meet your specific needs, goals, and fitness level.
8 am Fitness Classes:
Monday – Weight Burn
Start your week by giving your muscles a kick start. This class will prepare your body for the week and get rid of your case of the Mondays.
Tuesday – Jump
Bring your inner athlete to this class. This explosive and leg intensive class will leave you feeling powerful.
Wednesday – Cardio Box
This class is designed around agelss boxing routines that will leave you ready to battle through your day.
Thursday – Yoga/Cardio Blast
This class combines the relaxing stretching of yoga with the heart pounding movements of cardio.
Friday – Circuit
Combination of all the days with a few special twists.
